UNIVERSITY TALES

It’s always special when a new novel is launched. UNIVERSITY TALES is the first novel in my new ‘University’ series and was launched in Waterstones Milton Keynes on Thursday 7th September 2023. It’s a hardback published by Penguin Random House.

The new project is certainly a change from the Teacher series and I do hope my readers enjoy this new venture. Over 50 five star reviews appeared very quickly on Amazon Books so that’s encouraging.

Currently I’m busy at the copy edit stage of the second novel in the series and it’s always interesting to sit back and read it for the first time from start to finish. Inevitably, there are a few minor errors and ideas to improve the plot.

In the meantime, thanks to readers (and listeners) from all over the world who have purchased a copy of LAST DAY OF SCHOOL along with the audio version, the fifteenth and final novel in the Teacher series. Also an audio edition of ‘University Tales’ is now available.

This week I am giving a talk to the ladies of my local Women’s Institute so that should be eventful with the promise of tea and cake!

Finally, thanks to everyone who has been in touch to say how much they have appreciated the Teacher series and the amount of enjoyment they have experienced while reading my gentle tales.
